Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked

Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the software for any reason — or no reason at all — you can have your money back within 30 days of purchase.

How to get a refund

• Email support@ohqay.com from the address you purchased with, ideally including your order reference, or
• reply to the receipt email from Paddle, my payment provider.

Before I submit the refund, I'll ask you to deactivate Latent on each Mac you can still access. This returns the two machine seats and removes the local license. If a Mac is lost or dead, tell me and I'll handle it as a support exception.

For Latent Studio, the organization's contact should use Studio order help and include the company or production, order reference, and artists affected. Every artist must deactivate every reachable Mac. A Studio checkout or invoice is returned as one order; adding seats later creates a separate order with its own refund boundary.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, processed by Paddle. They're usually issued within a few business days; how quickly the money appears after that depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Your returned license is suspended before the refund is submitted, so it cannot be activated on another Mac. Your right to use the software ends with the refund. The free watermarked trial remains available if you ever want to revisit.
