30 days, no questions asked

Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the software for any reason — or no reason at all — you can have your money back within 30 days of purchase.

How to get a refund

• Email ohqay@icloud.com from the address you purchased with, ideally including your order reference, or
• reply to the receipt email from Paddle, my payment provider.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, processed by Paddle. They're usually issued within a few business days; how quickly the money appears after that depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued, and your right to use the software ends. The free watermarked trial remains available if you ever want to revisit.

Try before you buy

There's a free, watermarked trial precisely so you can test the software on your own machine and footage first. No email required, no time pressure. If you're on the fence, start there.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits on top of, and never limits, any refund or warranty rights your local consumer law gives you.
